Our company's independently developed intelligent cleaning robotic arm has been successfully applied in the grid screen cleaning operation of the material dumping machine at Shaogang and Heavy Steel. This intelligent robotic arm has overcome key technologies such as multi axis linkage control, dual machine collaborative operation, and robot operation path self planning and self guidance based on machine vision, achieving one click autonomous operation for grid cleaning of the car dumping machine. Compared with previous manual cleaning, it can complete the workload of 4-6 workers and completely eliminate the safety hazards of manual operation. The cleaning time has been reduced from 30 minutes to 10 minutes, and the work efficiency has been improved by 66.7%, with significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement results.
The successful application of intelligent cleaning robotic arms has effectively improved the level of intelligent operation in steel mills and provided strong support for the construction of intelligent steel enterprises.
